Here’s what you need to know:
- Active SBIR/STTR: Your company must be on an active SBIR/STTR Phase II contract or have completed one within the past two years of submitting your Capability Package (calculated from the final PII contract deliverable date).
- No Sequential Phase II: The proposed effort cannot have already received a Sequential Phase II award.
- Phase II Progress: At least 90 days must have passed since the beginning of your current Phase II execution.
- No Prior STRATFI: You cannot be currently executing a prior STRATFI effort at the time of submission.
- U.S. Based Work: The anticipated work for the project must be performed in the United States.
- Matching Requirements: You must be able to achieve the minimum matching/investment requirements outlined in the program.
- Collaboration Agreement: You must be able to obtain the required End-User & Customer Collaboration Agreement.
